Our first meeting of the year we discussed upcoming vet visits and dental days.
Vet: March 27th afternoon
Dentist: March 30th time TBD

Went over our clear vision and mission statement that I have been working on(now posted on the website main page) and me getting certified as a therapeutic riding instructor specializing in mental health. We were all in agreement that mental health and wellness and leadership continue to be a great purpose for this club/barn.

We discussed becoming a Stand for the Silent Chapter. Stand for the Silent travels all over the US and the world speaking at schools about bullying and suicide awareness. They are also going to start working closely with New Kingdom Trailriders in Sherrard. I was very moved to be apart of there mission after hearing a member speak at the PATH intl conference just last weekend. All were in agreeance.
